    Coal to Natural Gas conversion.Challenge :- Uneven drying leading to internal stresses and defected boards .Drying /Curing Process thru our TAHR320 & TAHR 240 Gas fired burner :- Furnace Insulation with Tundish boards Tundish BoardsInitial Drying Stage:-temp between 50 to 100 deg cel is maintained to avoid rapid surface drying –then in Main Drying stage Gradually increases the temp to about 200-300 deg cel based on the board thickness . Along with to Ensure the hot air is distributed evenly throughout the drying chamber / fans and baffles are used to maintain the continuous air flow .-in Final Drying/ Curing stage the temperature may be increased slightly to ensure complete moisture removal and curing of the boards, maintain the temp until the board reaches the required level of dryness and mechanical properties to ensure the board achieves the required thermal shock resistance and strength .
